This oil sludge treatment system comprises centrifuge tank, shale shaker tank, heating premixing tank, three-phase disc separator tank and other related equipment and accessories.
Oil sludge treatment system is mainly based on physical, chemical, biological and other technical means, and realizes sludge reduction, harmlessness and resource recovery through separation, degradation, solidification or other ways. The specific steps include pretreatment, oil-water separation, solid-liquid separation, and harmless treatment
1. Pretreatment stage: The oil droplet inclusions in sludge are effectively cracked by adding chemicals, heating and diluting, so as to improve the subsequent treatment efficiency.
2. Solid-liquid separation: through high efficiency screening can effectively separate solid and liquid, and most of the solid phase is discharged, so that the solid residue is further dehydrated, the volume is reduced, which is convenient for subsequent disposal or resource utilization, and the solid content of the liquid is further reduced for subsequent centrifugal separation.
3. Centrifugal separation: Further separation by a two-phase decanter centrifuge, the discharged solid phase is controlled within 2% oil content, and the solid in of the liquid phase is further reduced to less than 3%, which is convenient for subsequent separation by disc separator.
4. Disc three-phase separation: oil, water and solid slag are separated from the oil sludge which has solid content less than 3%. The oil content of the water separated by the disc separator is 500-1000PPM, and the water-solid content of the oil separated by the disc separator is less than or equal to 3%.
The electric desalting system is a technical device which uses the principle of electric field to desalt and dehydrate salt-containing raw oil efficiently. The system is mainly composed of pretreatment unit, electric desalting unit, drainage system and electric control system. In the working process, the raw oil is pretreated to remove mechanical impurities, and then enters the electric desalting unit. Under the action of electric field, the tiny water droplets in the oil gather into larger water droplets due to polarization effect, and settle and separate with the help of gravity. At the same time, the electric field can also promote the dissolution and precipitation of salt substances, and finally realize the deep purification of oil products.
