A mud cleaner machine combines a desander cyclone, a desilter cyclone, and a shale shaker into one unit, also known as a desander and desilter integration machine. It is suitable for the solid-liquid separation system of drilling fluid in oil and gas drilling, used to separate solid particles from the drilling fluid that has been processed by the shale shaker.
The mud cleaner machine acts as a connecting role in the entire drilling fluid solids control system. It reprocesses the drilling fluid treated by the primary purification equipment through the polyurethane cyclones on the mud cleaner and provides guarantees for the better and more efficient operation of the centrifuge.
During operation, the mud cleaner first uses the desander cyclone to process solid particles measuring 47~76μm in the mud. The processed mud is stored in a separate mud tank compartment. Then, the desilter cyclone further purifies this portion of the mud, separating solid particles measuring 15~47μm. Finally, the processed mud is transported to the centrifuge for more refined purification. The mud separated by the desander and desilter cyclones is supplemented with screening by the underflow screen to avoid waste.
This mud cleaner is compact and efficient, integrating desander, desilter, and shale shaker, effectively retaining barite and separating LGS.
